About this mod
This mod allows the player to improve relations with Dean Domino at the theatre, in order to not kill him based on dialogue back when they first met. Requires the player to have found out about Vera\'s medical condition (in the Suites) and found Vera\'s blackmail tape backstage before talking to Dean.
- Permissions and credits
This mod allows the player to improve relations with Dean Domino at the theatre, in order to not kill him based on dialogue back when they first met. It just involves one or two extra dialogue topics, pieced together from some of Dean's dialogue, and shouldn't feel out of place.
Requires the player to have found out about Vera's medical condition (in the Suites) and found Vera's blackmail tape backstage before talking to Dean.
It is based on an Intelligence check (of 6), because I felt some kind of check should be there, and most players should have that by the time they get to Dead Money.
Just extract the zip file to the Data folder, select the DeanTurnaround esp in the launcher, and you should be good to go.
(May be incompatibilities with another mod if it alters the two dialogue topics that I edited for this... which is hopefully unlikely)
-- A new version was uploaded approx 6 hours after original. Mod was cleaned up a little to help prevent incompatibilities, and also to add a more accurate description.
-- An alternate version has been added, that adds a nonsense dialogue option that will always make Dean like you, no matter what your skills are or what you have found, in which you give him flowers (just make sure you click it before other dialogue options). Good for those who don't meet the criteria of the normal version.
