Makes GRA\'s explosive ammunition destructible.

Permissions and credits
5/28/12 - Updated the FOOK patch. All GRA and FOOK explosives are now destructible and disable on destruction to keep from littering the place with unusable items.

Also updated the regular plugin with a correction to Mini Nuke, Timed's explosion animation and allows objects to become disabled after destruction.

I really enjoy using Puce Moose's Destructible Ordnance mod and wanted GRA ordnance to work the same way so I fired up GECK and made the changes to them. Hopefully I covered them all. If not, let me know.

I debated adding the .50MG, Explosive and decided against it in the end.

This mod requires GunRunnersArsenal.esm. FOOK patch requires GunRunnersArsenal.esm and FOOK - New Vegas.esm.
