This mod adds 15 brand new perks, and makes changes for the better to a few vanilla perks and traits. This mod is best experienced with a new save, but is not required at all. i cant see my mod having problems with any other mod but please alert me if there is any problems!
This mod also adds a new gun scavenger hunt to doc Mitchell house in goodsprings, which contains about 15 new guns as well. this is my first mod so bear with me and please endorse if you liked my mod!

--List of perks--
1. twice the fun= lets you do double the damage with any gun
2.gives legion fighting move as a perk
3. gives BOS fighting move as a perk
4. action hero= Lets you regenerate Action points at a faster rate
5. Fireman= gives you a complete immunity to fire
6. adds khan fighting move as a perk
7. Invisible man= gives you a bottomless stealth boy
8. Libeler= enemies become highlighted when you scope in
9.Adds power armor training as a level 5 perk
10. Radio man= gives you a complete radiation resistance
11. Snake man= gives you complete poison resistance
12 Super sight= lets cloaked enemies(like nightkin) appear on your radar, also zooms in more with snipers
13. Speedy aimer= increases speed at which you move while aiming down the sights of your gun
14 Truly rapid reloads= unlike the rapid reload perk, this perk makes you reload REALLY fast:)
15. Handyman= weapons deteriorate at a much slower rate.
16. Track star. Makes your run speed MUCH MUCH MUCH(MUCH) faster. this perk is strictly just for fun
--Changes to vanilla perks--
Commando= Instead of two arm guns having a 10% better VATS accuracy, i have changed it to 54%
Cowboy= instead of listed cowboy guns doing 25% more damage, they now do 50% more.
Fast shot(trait)= before your guns shot 20% faster but deteriorated 20% faster, now they only deteriorate 10% faster
Fortune finder= instead of a 15% better chance of finding caps in containers, you now have a 54% chance
Grim weepers sprint= instead of restoring 20 action points upon killing an enemy in VATS, you now restore up to 50.
Gunslinger= instead of one handed guns having a 15% better accuracy in vats they now have 25% better accuracy
Heave ho!- instead of thrown weapons flying 20% farther and faster, the will now go 50% farther and faster for you
Here and now= gives five ranks instead of only one, so you can get a free level up 5 times!
Life giver= Adds a second rank, which allows you to regenerate more health quicker.
Loose cannon(trait)= Instead of increasing the rate at which you can throw weapons 20%
it is now 50% faster throw rate
Pack rat= instead of items under 2 pounds weighing 50% less, they will now weigh 100% less
piercing strike= instead of all melee weapons removing up to 10 points of damage threshold, they now remove up to 20 points
Quick draw= adds two ranks, rank 1= 50% faster weapon equip, rank 2= 75% faster equip.
Rapid reload= Adds three ranks rank 1= 25% faster reload. 2= 50%faster reload. Rank 3= 400% faster reload(why not?)
Sniper= instead of having a 25% better chance at getting a headshot in vats, it is now 50% better.
Tag!= adds a second rank.
