This mod removes the -2 Intelligence drawback from the lobotomite goggles. It also lets you use helmets and facemasks whilst using the goggles.

Lobotomite Goggles that don’t suck

INTRO:
Alright raise your hand if you like Old World Blues! You do? So do I, we have so much in common! Well I for one loved Old World Blues. I also loved the Lobotomite goggles, but I hated the -2 intelligence drawback that accompanied its usage. I also love for my character to wear helmets and facemasks. The vanilla goggles prevented me from doing that, so instead of complaining about it to people who don’t care, I made this.
CHANGES:
The only that is changed is the Lobotomite goggles Object Effect file and the Object itself. I took off the -2 intelligence drawback, and allowed the player to wear hats, and facemasks (e.g. surgical masks, cigarettes, etc…) whilst wearing the goggles. No visible changes have been made.
COMPATIBLILTY:
It should work with any mod unless you have other mods that change the Lobotomite goggles. This mod is not compatible with Project Nevada. Meaning; it won’t add any special effects to the goggles and whatnot. It will still work if you have Project Nevada. Also you’ll need Old World Blues installed and have the esm. file checked. DUH!!!
INSTALLATION:
How does it work? Easy as pie is how it works!! All you need to do is take the esp. file out of the folder you downloaded and place it in your FNV data directory folder. Then check the file in the mod manager or the data files module on game launcher. Then it should work. Any complains just message me. Endorse it if you like it. (:D)+--------------------------

Only Vanilla OWB materials used in this mod, nothing else.
And of course none of this would be remotely possible without Obsidian & Bethesda. Thank you.
