Integrate GRA to the game with less immersion-breaking stuff.

Permissions and credits
I didn't like how GRA's integration to the vanilla game was executed. I especially disliked the inability to mod vanilly conterparts of GRA weapons. So I changed this. And in the way, I added a few ammo recipes for those nice shotguns.

Right now, it's a "Lite" version, reducing immersion-breaking stuff, but it doesn't adds GRA weapons and ammo to the Wasteland (not nay more than they are, that is). I will further integrate them to leveled lists and such in a second version.

What it does :
- Removes GRA tag from GRA weapons, recipes, ammo, mods, etc. Also removes the (Mad Bomber) tag from weapons names, but not from recipes.
- Makes all vanilla weapons with a GRA counterpart exactly identical to their GRA counterpart, i.e. able to receive GRA mods. Removed duplicate mods (for assault carbine and 12.7mm SMG) to prevent confusion. (GRA versions still exist, without the (GRA) tag and are undistinguishable)
- Adds recipes for new shotgun ammo (Dragon's Breath, Pulse, Flechette, 4/0 and 3/0), for both .12ga and .20ga (and adds .20ga Dragon's Breath, Pulse and Flechette).

Compatibility issues :
Vanilla weapons are modified to accept GRA mods, so any mod which modifies them will cause a problem. There is nothing I can do about it : chose which mod you want to take effect in your load order.

Future plans :
In the non-Lite version, all the GRA weaponry will be added to vendors and NPCs like they've always been there !
Due to heavy tampering with the leveled lists, it may cause more incompatibilities, so both versions will still be available.
