This mod adds three perks: Handgun Specialist, John Woo Fan and Quicker Than the Eye. If you're willing to spend the perk points into them, these can make a Handgun-Wielding Courier a force to be reckoned with. I'm planning on adding several new perks later on as I understand GECK a little better.

-Handgun Specialist- (3 Ranks)
Some prefer the rumble of machine guns or the thunder of a sniper rifle, but you have a more...minimalist approach to killing at range. Every rank of this perk grants you a 7 point increase in damage when you use handguns.

-John Woo Fan- (1 rank)
You really loved those old holovids growing up as a kid, and now's your chance to emulate them like you always wanted! You gain a 25 percent bonus to your attack speed and a 25 percent reduction to your weapon spread when wielding handguns.

-Quicker than the Eye-
...Faster than your own shadow. Your can draw your Handgun before your opponent knows what's what. Lucky Luke would be proud.

(NOTE: You need to unequip and re-equip your handgun for this perk to take effect.)
