Added three upgrades to the hideout. The upgrades can be switched on and off in the new room accessed by the bedroom.
You can buy the key to the room from the SS vending machine for 2500 caps.
The upgrades are Western theme, pool table and jukebox. All upgrades can be combined.

A simple vault like basement hideout underneath the ranger lookout station.
---LOCATION---
In the middle of the map at the top of a hill named "The Aerie". (see pics for reference)
