Adds a unique Anti-material Rifle and two Anti-material Rifle mods.

Adds a unique Anti-material Rifle and two Anti-material Rifle mods.
Both can be found at Sniper's Nest, south-west of Cottonwood Cave.
The unique rifle features:
- Lower weight (-2, 18)
- More damage (+90, 200)
- Longer range (+1277, 4825)
- Larger clip size (+4, 12)
- Never jams
- More strength required (+1, 9)
It has the same model and sounds as the regular Anti-material Rifle.
The two mods are:
- Carbon Fiber parts (-5 weight, 15)
- Extended Mags (+6 clip size, 14)
