For those that want to start the game with some entertaining armor.

I got tired of having to run through that test gauntlet in order to upgrade the Stealth Suit so I changed it. Now it's almost fully upgraded as soon as you pick it up, the only thing missing is the ability to shut down robots. That's what the Robotics Expert perk is for anyway.
Since you don't have to run the tests I figured why not place one in Doc Mitchell's place, that's where everyone else keeps putting their stuff after all. It's in the front hall on the book shelf near the hat rack.
Available as a optional download is a couple of upgraded versions.
The Stealthy one gives you a 25% stealth field when crouched.
The Enhanced one gives you a 25% stealth field when crouched, +1 to strength and +25% energy resistance. A lot like the effect of EmeraldReign's OWB Stealth Suit Mk II - Master Overhaul mod (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=42911) but without the snazzy armor.
I only change the object effect not the armor itself, so it will convict with any mods that change that effect.
Only use one .esp file.
