Adds an SVD Carbine to the game. Undisclosed location, look for it ;P (or just open geck and add it). Added a gun runners version for it (for non caliber version). As some people complained about the scope not working, I've added a 20th century PSO scope version. Contains 3 versions all of which are labeled.
Comes from pickinthebanjo by my request. And to me the short barrel looks better than the long barrel version :) and I thought to upload for all those other people that may want it.
