About this mod

Yes, this yet ANOTHER Goodsprings house. However, I've put some real effort into this, so it'd be a cozy little home, but with plenty of storage and some minor scripting for added bonuses.

Changelogs
New in Version 1.8!

- Radio script has been thrown out and redone! What's this mean? No more visual flickering when you change stations. Seemless channel tuning and the Radio stays lit up while on, and unlit when off! The radio is now a single object which swaps out related Audio Markers for any stations programmed into it.

- NEW! Gardening. You can now purchase the RobCo Home Farming kit from your terminal. From there you can plant various items in your back yard (from your terminal), to grow. Once all nine planters are in use, you may notice there's room for more. At this point, with a proper rapair skill to optimize the system's irrigation system, you'll notice a far more bountiful harvest!

- Minor tweaks to the sorting system to fix a few items being uses in the wrong container types. Such as a couple non-food items being placed in the fridge. They'll now go to the cooking/campfire container instead I.E. Flour, for example.

- Removed Grimey Businesswear from the clothes Washer options. When I first made this mod, I didn't realize Dirty and Grimy versions were supposed to be completely different. New Vegas, However, has a slight typo in the Model's texture data and it accidently loads the same texture for both items. There's plenty of mods out there that fix this, just search the Nexus if you're interested!

Description

You've just saved Goodsprings from being over run and razed. Gone to great lengths to ensure yours and the town's survival.. So you get some caps, experience and a 'thank you' from the town.

That's all? Not anymore! Now, when you save Goodsprings, you are rewarded with a key to your very own home!

Yes, this yet ANOTHER Goodsprings house. However, I've put some TLC into this, and although it may not be the best, it's far from the worst.

This mod is clean, meaning it modifies NOTHING, outside the outdoor cell that adds this house, and will not conflict with any mod, other than one that edits the same outdoor cell.

Just speak to Taiyou in town to get started!

Note: I appologise for the bad voice acting. I recommend having subtitles on, as some dialog is hard to hear currently =P

Future Plans

Mostly, I work on this as inspiration for new ideas hit. Though I am always open to ideas and feedback and naturally want to fix any bugs that may come up.
