##########Tesla Caster###########

Short Desc:
A gun that shoots a stream of lightning bolts at its target.


Long Desc:
I originally started this project back in Fallout 3 with my Tesla Beam Cannon mod. its still available on the nexus, go ahead and look if it interests you.

the essential goal was to create a constant beam weapon which shoots lightning. in this, I've succeeded very thoroughly :)

what you get in this mod:
A Lightning shooting heavy weapon that uses Electron Charge Packs and spectacularly hurls most of its victims across the room on death.
also has a powerful EMP effect against robots and power armor.

Custom mesh-up based around the flamer, plasma caster and Recharger rifle. result is pretty fun :)
also a custom projectile based around the secondary projectile effects from the Tesla Cannon. you'd not think it to look at it.

Where to find it:
In a bunker in the mojave.
There's a picture provided showing the location both in exterior view, and on the minimap. but for the hard of bandwidth ( like me :/ ) its north of black mountain, embedded in the same mountainside. amidst the same canyons as the NCR Ranger bunker, but somewhat east and slightly south of there.

The backstory is that a brotherhood scientist/scribe got semi-exiled from the rest of the brotherhood due to being a bit maniacal. built the gun in her spare time, then died in an unfortunate reactor overload...(which coincidentally and convieniently destroyed almost the entire bunker, leaving only the relevant parts to this mod :P)

I hope you guys enjoy this mod, I've put quite a lot of work into it in an effort to make it a fun gun to use, and not so overpowered that its boring after five seconds. if you think it needs tweaking...well, let me know and explain how you'd change it, and I'll give it consideration.

Installation:
Copy/paste the Data directory inside the provided .Rar file into your fallout new vegas main directory.
overwrite as necessary.
Tick the .ESP file in your mod manager

Bugs:
None!
hah, gotcha. there's an issue I personally have with this still...
the sounds on the tesla caster are forshortened while in sustained fire. sounds a bit crap. there's not a lot I can do about it though. the reason is that I'm not using a naturally looped sound effect for it.

doesn't really matter, its not that bad :P
