This actually disables the Script that runs constantly with the stealth suit. I found it extremely annoying to say the least.

Along with disabling the voice, the stimpak and Med-x auto-use is also disabled because the same script that controls the voice, controls the use of chems. I found this good to disable too, because for me I got almost no benefit from the stimpak's versus using them manually.
