NOTE: Bummer. I messed up. Overwrite the version of TSC Big Mountain.esm with the one I've uploaded now, TSC Big Mountain V2. I've added the ooold file to the package by mistake, and it will cause you strange lighting issues in the seccond floor of the embassy.
MAKE SURE TO SAVE SOMEWHERE OUTSIDE THE EMBASSY WHEN YOU DO THAT! (Has been fixed in "newest release")
TSC Vegas V 2.0 Readme
NOTE: IF YOU STILL HAVE V1 INSTALLED, YOU NEED TO MAKE A CLEAN SAVE!
What is TSC Vegas?
The TSC, a new global power, has arrived to Vegas... and they're recruiting people! Want to join the new big boy in town and help bring order to the Mojave?
Soldier, Scientist, Diplomat... the TSC has a need for you all!
This mod is an implementation of a ton of resources from my Mothership Zeta Crew: The Terran Starship Command
mod for Fallout 3. It's mostly focused for roleplayers to be able to play as a member of the TSC!
It's also thought for anyone who hasn't played that mod to be able to join a new faction and... well, you better see for yourself!
(Link to the original mod: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8747 )
Long story short, this adds a new building to the strip, the TSC embassy, where the player will be able to join the TSC and gain some
special rewards by doing so.
I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: DO NOT SAVE YOUR GAME IN THE BASEMENT
Just unpack the contents of this file on your Fallout 3 data folder and activate TSC Vegas.esm.
Load order: The file is an ESM, so it should be loaded before any other .esp file.
Include TSC Vegas Commander.esp to be able to really enjoy this mod. It is where most of the work was poured. (based on the original enclave commander by J3X, later adapted to vegas by RickerHK and finally modified by me)
NOTE: TO RECEIVE A COMMAND RADIO, YOU'LL NEED TO TALK TO THE TSC DEFECNCE SECTION OFFICER AFTER BECOMING A TSC CITIZEN.
TSC Big Mountain.esp adds the option to take over big mountain once you've completed Old World Blues by talking to the embassy receptionist.
VEry well, this is an open beta. It's quite stable, but keep these things in mind.
*DO NOT SAVE IN THE EMBASSY BASEMENT. EVER. I don't know why, but this screws up some scripts.
*Save a game before using it and keep it safe.
*Be careful with what you use with critical NPC. SOme commands are a bit radical and could break quests. Common sense should keep you safe, though.
*You can't reach the position of TSC Surgeon yet. TSC Economist is a bit bare as well.
*All radio commands have been unlocked, for testing purposes.
*Prisoner system could be improved.
*The TSC Storyline and ending has not been... very... implemented yet.
*Lots and lots of typos. I'll need a grammar nazi for the last version.
*Other things I'm sure will turn up during the tests.
*Prisoners some times walk away from prison when you enter the cell.
Where is the embassy?
Go to the Strip, you'll find the new building next to the NCR embassy.
This is an incomplete version. There is a lot of room for changes, improvements,
balance, and extra features that I will implement IF my job gives me a break!
However, I find it to be pretty enjoyable as it is... specially if you're a hardcore roleplayer.
(Note: If you like it, check the the FO3 Mothership Zeta Crew mod!)
