I am no longer playing New Vegas, and have discontinued support for my NV mods. Any and all assets from this mod are freely available for anybody to use in any way, no permission required.

Somewhere in Boulder things went pretty south for Benny. Must have been because he lost his lucky lighter. :)
This mod changes the Engraved Cigarette Lighter the Courier receives from Jessup into Benny's Lucky Lighter. The lighter uses the same script as the Lucky 8-Ball in Fallout 3. When the lighter is in the player's inventory, it confers a +1 bonus to Luck, which is then removed if the lighter is dropped.
Additionally, I've created an in-world mesh and new texture for the lighter, using the Dynamite lighter as a starting point.

Extract to your data directory, and activate the .esp file in FOMM or the launcher.
