I will still try to find people to help me complete the work that has been started here but by now I believe that it will be most unlikelly, so folks.... consider this mod on the fridge for now on. Sorry for those that created espectations on this work but believe me when I say that dragbody's work certainly won't let you down, just like he never has.

This mod has the objective of enhance the looks of the NCR,taking away the lame and improvised looking armor and replacing it for a new,not so diferent,set of armors.This mod contains a better resolution, darkened and smally enhanced set of NCR trooper armors acompanied by M1 Casque helmets used by the American military in WW II. The armor set itself contains the very much requested NCR symbol in the armors, on bolth common and single ways featuring the commonly seen NCR flags on the arms and the never seen breastplate patch of the NCR bear. On the weaponry scenario the troopers now carry battle rifles, the common variants of This Machine, and they will feature much more WW II weaponry as this mod evolves, and, of course, for you ho has weapon mods such as AR´s and AK´s there´s a armor only modification, allowing you to have these great armors with your weapons of choice!!
This mod is not of the likes of the NCR rearmament mod,because they won`t receive state of the arc combat armors and helmets filled with last generation technology,but,they won`t look as lame as they currently are.
So have fun, and enjoy a new, fresh, but not so diferent NCR!!
Well,without further adue,do allow me to introduce the ones held responsible for making this mod into a reallity,and they are:

earind:with his wonderfull casque M1 helmets,a pre-existing mod that now replaces the NCR trooper and googles helmet,and there is an MP version as well.

soldier9501:with the fantastic 1st recon trooper armors,wich served as the base model for the NCR regular trooper`s armors.

Hedszot:for his retexture efforts wich granted the trooper armors of the mod,as well as the fatiges and the MP armors,and the change in the standard weaponry of the NCR.

Sallasin: for the confection of the armor-only .esp on version 1.1, allowing compatibility with custom weapon modifiers.

Mental Gear: for the confection of the breastplate patch and arm flags present on version 2.0,giving these troopers out there a deserving symbol.

RicardoRs1990:idealizer of the mod,who dealt mostly with the bureaucratic work,by aquiring permissions, and finding good modders for the the mod´s progress.

Instructions:
All right, to install this mod you just need to unpack it with winrar or 7zip or whatever packing and unpacking program you have, then read the read-me,don´t just use the FOMM`s package manager on it because there are 2 .esp´s on the packed file, so, just unpack it, copy and paste the resources(meshes and textures) and then copy and paste the .esp of your choice, it isn´t rocket science...

Well,this is the primary version,and hopefully not the last,if I do my work correctly we will see new versions soon enougth.
V 1.1:
Comes with the full changes of the previous version,still no changes in the armors,sorry, but it adds a armor only esp,leaving the NCR weaponry intact, so it is compatible with your weapon mods.
V 2.0:
Comes with a tweaked texture of the NCR armors, featuring a small patch on the breastplate and flags on the arms, along with everything of the previous versions.
