This mod adds 4 new perks that can be obtained early in game.
These mods may be considered overpowered by some but for the rest of us:
Punk Buster- gives you 10% more damage against powder gangers
Teutoberg Blues- gives you 5% more damage against legion
Wasteland Guerilla- gives you 5% more damage against NCR
Going Postal- gives you 5% more damage against Chaimen and Great Khans
