Many people may have noticed that Knight Torres' inventory is a bit glitchy. Her inventory will only respawn if you stay away from the Brotherhood bunker for at least three days between visits; otherwise it remains the same.
Now that's bad enough, but it turns out her inventory is further bugged. Once you complete certain quests for the Brotherhood (''Eyesight for the Blind'' or ''Tend to Your Business'') Torres is supposed to offer you the FULL compliment of inventory she carries. She does, but only until her inventory refreshes. The next time it does her inventory reverts back to normal, containing only the ''limited'' set of items.
This bugfix addresses both issues, ensuring Torres' inventory refreshes regularly and that she will continue to stock the "full" list of items once you have completed the relevant Brotherhood quests.
CAVEATS:
Torres' inventory will not remain expanded if you install this bugfix AFTER you have completed either of the ''final'' Brotherhood quests.
