This mod and a few others of mine has been included in Yukichigai Unofficial Patch - Yup, which I highly recommend.
Fixes a few issues in the Atomic Wrangler Casino:
Once you complete Debt Collector and acquire your room, all of the items in the room will now belong to you (this actually differs from the fix by Dimalto in that it gives ownership of the entire cell to the player upon completion of the quest).
Fixes an exploit with Fisto that gives you 10 caps every time you decline his services.
Deleted a condition that prevented Beatrix from getting up from her stool and going to your room when you purchase her services after you acquire the room in Debt Collector.
