The cabin is based on bums735, "Cabin of the Desert", exterior cabin. http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=39866
This is a two bedroom cabin completely re-textured in logs inside and out, it includes glass in the windows, and a fireplace. It has all the amenities including campfire crafting, it's the pot on the kitchen stove. Workbenches, infirmary, and chemistry set also included.
Plenty of idle markers for companions. Navmeshed to be companion friendly. The cabin sleeps four between new satin sheets.
The fantastic pool is safe for a swim and there a swimsuit for the guys, along with a new invisible Water Breather I came up with in order to enjoy underwater swimming, particularly in Lake Mead. No swimwear for the ladies, the already have lots, the guys have none.
The cabin is rustic, clean, comfortable, accommodating with all amenities including the Lab Set, the work benches, Infirmary, and campfire crafting with a pressure cooker on the kitchen stove.
You will board a personal Virtibird near the gas station in Goodsprings to get to your secluded cabin. It will whisk you off to the cabin and return you to Goodsprings when you are well rested.
