Adds a laser pistol that finds your target and all hell breaks loose.

This is essentially Euclids C-Finder, except with a bigger blast, and it works as long as you have ammo for a standard laser pistol.
Just point, click, and after a few seconds, your target is now a cloud of vapor floating in the Mojave breeze...
Find it in Doc Mitchells house on the medical table (across from the bed where you start the game).
Installation: Just put in your fallout new vegas/Data folder, and activate it through the Data Files option in the New Vegas launcher, or through FOMM.
Bugs: If you fire too many, it won't work again until you reload a save.
