A New store has recently opened up by Alfonse Luc-Pierre.

Due to the poximatry to the King's Mian Hangout, Pierre believes this would be a prime choice for now to set up shop in this Part of Freeside.

The Kings natuarrly checked him out but Pierre had a way with words that confused some of them and he twisted thier little minds to the point that the Kings give him a wide berth except when they wish to buy some new "Blue suede shoes" or maybe Combs to comb thier Greasy Hairstyles.

Desbite Alfonse's Expensive look and feel, his prices are fair. He has to choose this as Freeside is the cheaper option, saving on caps aswell as filling up the Vacant spaces in Freeside.

If Freeside had more shops and Vendors, there would be a larger increase of privatly owned guards, and if this grows to a certain point, Pierre would also believe that the some shop owners would form some sort of co-operation to form some sort of "Private Police" for Freeside instead of letting the Kings run the streets.

Freeside Fine Living now has been decorated even more as it looks proper Fancy now. Both interior and

Exterior.

I have also added Moraelin Professionals Suits 1_05 by Moraelin found here:

I have also made use of AlanOrcelot's Shelve Resource as I could not find a decent Vanilla Shelve to stock these clothes.

I have been given permission to use TheSaintJamez Colored Fedoras but the textures are missing and will

need to aquire them of Jamesz. They are included in the file but placed ingame.

I still need more Dresses and the like for Females but I will have to wait on that.

Alphose is now a bonified French Vendor of Fine Attire with several Dialogue responses but still limited to Hello, Buy stuff and goodbye... but in several ways aswell as his expanded Combat dialogue so if you shoot him, he will say "sacrebleu!" Try it out!

Two Pimped Editions of Eulogy's Outfit and Tenpenny's Suit. I would of done the Hat aswell but that would

mess up the Vanilla Game itself due to hats fliped on thier side Bug. If you can fix this, then please do

so.

It currently adds a interior NExt to the Borded up Building right next to the King's Hangout over the road. This also adds Several Retextured Tenpenny Suits as well as the more upper-class Vanilla Outfits.

You can Find Several Tenpenny suit retextures in the store but they set as "owned" by Alfonse.

Green
Blue
Black with White Tie
All Black
Brown
Red with White Tie
And Red with Black Tie.

There are also Female Verians of this Armor in the file so no need to panic. I just forget to add inscreen. Will do so at a later time, if you please OR you can perhaps add them yourself?

Pierre does not however stock Armors, weapons or such but is planning to open up a Winery of sorts so He will stock Premium beverages.

Im releasing the first version BUT this is not a Vendor as of yet but it fills a gap in the game.

I have tried to create a Vendor stystem for Alfonse but so far, not much yet.

I will also if I am permitted, add more retextured Outfits from Verious Modders from the Fallout 3 Nexus and the New Vegas Nexus.
