UPDATE: Found problems with Gecko Kebabs (spelling) and Irradiated water.
---------
This bugfix addresses a few tiny issues with some of the food items in the game:

RUM & NUKA: This item had two issues. First, it was not marked as a food item, meaning its effects would not scale to match the player's Survival skill. Every other form of alcohol, including the Atomic Cocktail, is marked as such. Second, Rum & Nuka is coded to boost the player's Agility, in addition to everything else, but the magnitude of this effect is set to zero. In other words, Rum & Nuka has an effect of ''+0 Agility''. Clearly this was meant to do SOMETHING, or it would have been removed entirely, so I changed it to ''+1 Agility''.

GECKO MEAT: Hardcore players know that any raw meat they find will usually have a stat penalty, typically ''-1 Strength'' or similar. Those penalties are not applied when not in Hardcore mode, EXCEPT for Gecko Meat. It's pretty clear this is a mistake, given that Irradiated Gecko Meat only applies its Strength penalty in Hardcore mode. This has been fixed.

QUARTZ AND VICTORY: Nuka-Cola Quartz and Nuka-Cola Victory both played unusual sound effects when used, a chewing noise rather than anything resembling drinking. Also, neither beverage gave you a Bottle Cap when used. Finally, neither beverage has a pickup or put-down sound whereas other beverages do.

GECKO KEBABS: Quite simply, the spelling for this item is not consistent. Internally, and in the campfire recipe, it is spelled ''kebab''. The item itself, however, is spelled ''kabob''. I've changed it to ''kebab'', since that was the most common version.

IRRADIATED WATER: This item was applying a reduction to the player's Dehydration (H20) level even if the game wasn't operating in Hardcore mode. This has been fixed so that it checks that Hardcore mode is active.

OTHERS: Four food items were marked with an ''Equip Type'' of ''BigGuns''. These items are Cram, Blamco Mac and Cheese, and the Irradiated versions of both. All of these have been set to equip as Food items.

TL;DR:

- Rum & Nuka's effects scale with Survival skill, also include a +1 Agility effect.

- Gecko Meat only applies a -1 Strength penalty in Hardcore mode

- Cram, Blamco Mac and Cheese, and the Irradiated versions of those items now equip as Food items instead of ''BigGuns'' items.

- Nuka-Cola Quartz and Nuka-Cola Victory play a drinking sound effect instead a chewing one, play sounds when picked up/droppes, and give you a bottle cap when used.

- Gecko Kebabs are actually spelled consistently (Kebab) between the campfire recipe and the item itself.

- Irradiated Water doesn't apply a reduction in Dehydration unless the game is in Hardcore mode.
