Your player character can play some idle animation like NPC, w/o tfc command in console.

How to activate idle
-Don't move. Just pushdown walk key.

these idles won't be activated while running or moving.
Also I don't recommend to use VATS while idle animation.


e.g.
You will need a cigarette in your inventory for smoking idle.
Camera for takephoto idle.
Alcohol or nuca cola for drinking idle.
Equip rifle or automatic rifle for 2hander weapon idles.
