This mod will allow you to halt the radiation pervasive throughout the town of Searchlight... if you are able.
The NCR at the camp tell the Legion set off a "radiation bomb". Radiation bomb? Sounds kind of vague.
Well, that's because it's just local yokels making up stories to fit their experience. He comes back from patrol, everyone's dead, town filled with radiation. Yep, radiation bomb alright!
In actuality, while sweeping across New Mexico, the Legion looted an ancient Indian burial ground and dropped some defiled shaman bones in the middle of town. If you can defeat his vengeful spirit, the radiation will dissipate. Why does an angry ghost give off radiation? What am I, a doctor?
Bring Ordnance... or check the roof of the building next to the firestation. Even through the fog, you think you can see the faint outline of something up there... I don't recommend bringing any non-essential companions.
Changes in 1.1:
Added a body on a rooftop, with a new, convenient weapon and a helpful diary. You only get one shot, and the gun is worthless for anything else, so make it count.
Radiation is now removed from all interiors as well

He should not get stuck on buildings quite as much.
Requirements:
New Vegas
Installation:
extract contents to your Fallout New Vegas\Data directory.
Uninstallation is the reverse.
Known Issues: Sometimes he will get stuck on buildings. He is still quite fast, tough, and terrifying, considering.
Green fog also remains. I kind of like it.
