My next Overhaul Mod, but this time it fully balances all S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats, making each of them important for different play styles. Part of my Complete Overhaul Mod - After War Nevada

Permissions and credits
This mod is a combination of all my Stat Overhaul Mods. It balances SPECIAL stats, making all of them useful in their own ways. This mod has been cut out from the very early version of my Complete Overhaul mod called After War Nevada.

Wanted to be tough brute who uses his muscles to think instead of brain? Or maybe hawkeyed sniper who takes down his target with 1 accurate critical shot? Well, then this mod is probably for you!


STRENGTH:

Old formula is: 150 + (10 * STR) lbs.

New Carry Weight formula is: 25 + (25 * STR) lbs.
Also determines damage of all Melee and Unarmed weapons, including throwing weapons.
Determines range of throwing weapons.


PERCEPTION:

Now also determines accuracy both inside and outside of VATS and range when you can turn on VATS. With 10 PER you would be really good sniper, while with 1 PER you would be blind as molerat.


ENDURANCE:

Old health formula is: 90 + (END * 20) + (Level * 10)

And now instead of giving you one-time bonus of 20 HP per point on beginning (300 HP on the start with 10 END?), it now determines how many of HP you gain per level.
Base HP is: 100 + (5 * END)
HP per level is: 3 + (END / 2)
So with 10 END you would start with 150 HP and would gain 8 HP per level.


CHARISMA:

Charisma is untouched, in vanilla it already greatly increases Damage and Damage Resistance of your Companions (+5% to Damage and Damage Resistance per point of Charisma).


INTELLIGENCE:

Old formula for Skill Points is: 10 + (INT / 2)
So with 10 INT you would get 15 Skill Points per level, while with 1 INT you would get 10.5 Skill Points.

New formula is: 5 + INT
Also Skill Points spent on tagged skills give the doubled amount, and tagged skills give you one-time bonus of 5 points to your tagged skill instead of 15 as was in vanilla.
So with 10 INT you would get 15 skill points per level, while with 1 INT you would get only 6 skill points.



AGILITY:

Old formula for Action Points is: 65 + (AGI * 3)

New formula for Action Points is: 50 + (AGI * 5)
Also it determines your movement speed and attack speed of all melee and unarmed weapons.


LUCK:

It was unchanged too, +1 to all Skills per every 2 points of Luck, and +1% to Critical Hit per point isn't that bad, especially with weapons like Sniper Rifle, which has x5 critical chance.


Please notice that when you go below 5 points (default value) then you will get penalties instead of bonuses. With 1 STR you will do little damage with Melee and Unarmed weapons, also 50 Carry Weight isn't that much. With 1 PER your accuracy will also suck etc. etc.
