Bert Gunnarsson Healing Fix by cordsnwires
Bert Gunnarsson offers to heal you for free, but if your health is >80%, he will refuse, saying that you appear to be in fine health - even if your limbs are crippled. This doesn't seem right to me.
This plugin changes his dialogue conditions so that he will heal you if you have crippled limbs.
