Ruby Nash Casserole Fix

Ruby Nash won't let you give her a radscorpian venom gland to make casserole if you have exactly two in your inventory; you have to drop one to get the dialogue option. I find this annoying. Also, the "I have a bunch" option only checks for 4 glands, but its result script removes 5 from your inventory and produces 5 casseroles.
This small plugin simply changes the dialogue conditions to let you give her one gland when you have two, and checks for five glands instead of four to get the five casserole option.
