Allows hair to be seen while wearing the 1st Recon beret, works best with \'Prim \'N Proper\'.

Allows hair to be seen while wearing the 1st Recon beret; some clipping issues with certain hair styles.
Works best with 'Prim 'N Proper' (or shaved), a little less so with 'Wendy the Welder'. In fact, it doesn't work with most hair styles, you'll just have to experiment.
Works with males as well, although I don't know which hairstyles works for them since I only tried it out on my female character.
