An apocalyptic hideout located Southeast of the 188 Trading Post. The hideout is pub turned into Post-Apocalyptic defense area.
---Outside---
* Eight Feral Ghouls that respawn...gotta keep your aim up and defend you hideout...respawn is 3 days for you ghoulkillers
* Watchtower with Sniper Rifle connected to roof of the building
* Fortified building with spotlights, sandbags, generators, and the all important lawn chairs
** Replaced "Death Car" with a police car by community suggestion
** Terminal with locking and unlocking...also two entries from a previous inhabitant
---Dean's Bar---
* Small bar with Apocalypse Saferoom access and roof access
* Working Jukebox
** Lighting fixed
---Apocalypse Saferoom---
*Medical Section with respawning medical cabinet
*Armory Section with armor and respawning gun, ammo, and grenade crates
*Four Beds
*Bathroom
*Living Area with respawning food and water...NONE RADIATED
*Working Jukebox
** Lighting fixed

Delete Hideout.esp in Data Folder
