Makes the previously inaccessible third floor of Gomorrah accessible from the elevators. I deleted a single condition that was (possibly) mistakenly added to the Gomorrah elevator message; this made it functional again. It's a floor filled with hotel rooms, one locked (Easy) door, and two pairs of soda machines. There are also items obtainable from the dressers in each room.
v1.1 - There's no longer an option to ask for available hotel rooms in Gomorrah because when the receptionist tells you there aren't any rooms available, it makes the third floor seem redundant.
