**ADDED INSTAVATS** (added in optional files)
InstaVATS disables any delay between camera switching in VATS. this is marked optional because although it is indeed instant, it's sort of hard to see what is happening, so I prefer FasterVats.
DO NOT RUN BOTH MODS AT THE SAME TIME IF FOR SOME REASON YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA.

**FIRST RELEASE**
this mod reduces the amount of time each instance of VATS takes place. for example, shooting someone and killing them would take like 5 seconds, and this happens for EVERY single VATS kill. this mod will make it so each camera angle change in VATS will not last any longer than 1 second, greatly improving the flow of combat for VATS users. to put it bluntly:
Vanilla VATS example:
Courier shoots: 2 seconds
Courier hits target: 2 seconds
Courier shoots: 2 seconds
Target dies: 8 years of falling down
total time: 8 years and 6 seconds
Faster VATS example:
Courier shoots: Max. of 1s
Courier hits target: Max of 1s
Courier shoots: Max. of 1s
Target dies: Max. 1s, nearly immediately switches to next target
total time: 4 seconds
see? big improvement!
