the Caps, available in nine various camo patterns can be bought in "Chets General Store".
the Hats are also available as separate Mods.

Install:
===============
1. Extract the files from the archive.
2. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout New Vegas\Data\
3. Start Fallout New Vegas Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the "esp" mod file and start the game!

Un-Install:
===============
1. Start Fallout New Vegas Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Bugs/Issues:
===============
in some cases it could be possible, at the sunblocker of a cap you find some deformations, especially at the male type. it's depending of the head/face shape of your character. if so, use a "B" or "C" type Cap, this will help.
hair underneath the hats are definitely disabled, that will make clippings later. if you are not satisfied with these facts, don't use this mod.
