Melody Dialogue Fix
This fixes a bug with Melody at Fortification Hill, whereby if your character passes a speech skill test, and agree to help her retrieve her teddy bear, you would be stuck in a dialogue loop unable to say goodbye.
[edit] I've moved this into the bug fixes section so there is no need to ask for permission if you want to integrate this into your mod (whether it's the community patch or not). It's a really simple fix, do whatever you want with it, I don't care.
