Player activity now affects dehydration and starvation, with the numbers above used when player is at rest, and walking/running will increase the needs slightly/significantly;
Sleep has been tweaked a bit to be less restrictive (you won't need as many hours awake before sleeping again).
Adjusts dehydration, starvation and sleep deprivation/restoration rates for a more realistic feel.
You can go about 2 days without water, just under a month without food and around 2 weeks without sleeping. However, both starvation and sleep deprivation now progress in a non-linear fashion, so you will get the first stages of the related deceases earlier on (about 16 hours for sleep and 12h for starvation).
Walking and running now also increase dehydration and starvation considerably, so the above numbers are merely theoretical limits assuming the player stood still all the time. Realistically, you can expect to survive, on average, for about a day and half without water and under two weeks without food, and start feeling the first stages of dehydration/starvation in under 8 hours.
