Dynamically adjusts the game's timescale depending on factors such as player location, combat state and whether or not he or she is moving.
This allows for more immersive gameplay: time may fly outside while on long travels but when you enter a building it slows down to near realtime, allowing you to relax, talk to people, look around, rent a bedroom, all before the night settles in.
By default, timescale for interiors is 2 (30 minutes realtime equals 1 hour of gametime) and for exteriors 12 (5 realtime minutes become 1 gamehour).
Check the customization section in the readme for details on how to change these values.
