So, you may ask:
Why should i download it?
Well if you wanna live forever in that ugly, unimproved and unlucky lucky 38 Suite then you don't have to.
Ok, so what does it improve?
You should ask, what does it not improve!
Ok, stop it now, i wanna know what you have added and improved!
Ok, ok, here is the list:
-1 completely new Room
-In this new room there is: 1 ammo bench, 1 chemestry set, 1 crafting bench (the one that was in kitchen),
1 infirmary station, 1 new container and some cosmetic stuff which looks really really nice.
-I improved the kitchen: new tables, 1 antique nuka cola fridge, i removed all the crap which no one needs
and added new shiny cosmetic stuff which is a party for your eyes!
-Improved new bed and hell yeah, your whole bedroom is new and better, it has now one safe you can use, but not any safe, no,
it is a safe in your wall, on your desk is now a little hula-girl and she is not alone, there are many of her girlfriends too, which brings the hawaian flair into your home!
-When you go into the Billiard-Room you must be careful not to jizz in your pants, now it's awseome, you no longer have to be embarressed when you invite your raiderfriends!
I added 1 nuka cola vending machine, 1 jukebox (now all radios are working) and 1 huge tv-screen!
and of course lots of optical stuff that your eyes are going to bleed!
-I improved the bath-room, now there is just 1 bathtub and 1 toilett and now you will never have wet hands again, i added a shiny new hand-dryer!
-I improved all the lights, now it looks like an appartement and not like a hobo-home, this Mr. House really tried to bullshit you with this ugly so called "Presidental Suite".
-Did i say that i added some really really nice cosmetic stuff?

There is a: mini-airplane, mini-rocket, mini-sentry and other mini-stuff, new mini-flowers, which are all just awesome and they all can give you multiple eyegasms!
-I haven't even told you about the addons for this suite...
One brings you a windowed chill-out lounge, with daylight-changing light!
And it also has the biggest TV-Screen in the history of the Lucky 38 presidental suite!
-And much much more...
[I just removed 1 container, the crappy ugly broken wardrobe in the billiard-room, so if you have some
stuff in it, but i doubt it, remove it before installing this mod!]

Why should i take your Lucky 38 mod? There are 999 others?
Well because mine is the 1000th, just try it, if you don't like it, remove it, you have nothing to loose.

Actually i wanted to make a real balcony, outside with a view on the strip, but this is too much work!
Not because of the balcony itself, no, it's the whole world arround which you don't see in normal game,
but if you are high enough you see too far, and there are missing textures, objects ect.
So filling this stuff up that you wont see any weird stuff is really hard work, so i decided
to make a small indoor-balcony with currenct daylight like in the cocktail-lounge.

---->Installation:
Download the RAR-archive and extract it, put the files into:
...\Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\Data
Then activate it and the optional addons and BOOM! You have now an improved lucky 38 suite!
This Mod should be compatible with any version of the game!
This mod is for sure not compatible with any other mod which adds/removes/changes furniture, container or statics in the Lucky 38 presidental suite!
Addons are only compatible with the "Improved Lucky 38-Suite 2.0.esm"
READ THIS IF YOU WERE USING THE OLD 1.0 VERSION OF THIS MOD:
I changed the file from an "esp" to an "esm", so now it's a master file, it allows me now to add more stuff
like optional plugins ect., so and now the MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR USER OF THE VERSION 1.0:
Before you install this new mod remove all stuff from the following containers otherwiese the stuff will be gone:
Bathroom: Hotel Desk and Suitcase
Kitchen: Antique Nuka Cola Fridge
Billiard Room: Nuka Cola Vending Machine
NEW ADDED ROOM: First Aid Kit and the Gear Container in the Metal Shelf
thats all.

---->If your game crashes when activating my addons:
IF YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED VERSION 2.0 on 13th or 14th of November before 8:40pm i have to appologize, i uploaded the wrong file, so please download it again and also do the installing process again (you have to empty the listed above containers again, only if you've put something in it)!!!
Before 8:40pm ca. 140 people or less have downloaded it so if you were one of them, sorry for that!
You can easily check if it's the wrong file, the wrong file is called "Improved Lucky 38-Suite" and the right file is called "Improved Lucky 38-Suite 2.0".
So if the "2.0" is missing in the name you have the wrong file!
The only difference is that the wrong file will not support the (upcoming) addons for this mod, it just will crash!

Changed the bed in bedroom (now it has "playerbedscript" and it has no name, there were some really strange
issues, i wanted to name it right for german and englisch version, now there is just "sleep" (in german "schlafen") which also is right)
Removed all dust particles
Removed one static furniture near bed in bedroom
->From 2.0 to 2.1:
changed lights in bedroom, bath and guest-room
changed positions of the 2 weapon-containers in bedroom to new room
added 2 new walls, 1 in new room and 1 in guest-room
changed positions of some other stuff (barely noticeable)
removed tv and tv-desk in bathroom (incoming addon which adds there a door)
now the chemestry set can remove all addictions, not only the ones from Fallout 3
