This very simple mod changes the likelihood of an appearance by Miss Fortune or Mysterious Stranger from 10% to 15%. The Stranger will also now engage more powerful foes.

INSTALLATION:

Extract the .esp to the Data directory.
Activate the .esp in your launcher of choice.
Enjoy. Or don't. Your choice :)
