I was tired of the ugly cried-on-watered makeup look on the eye pieces of the helmet, and added good old FO-3 style eye glow to the helm.
Figured I'd upload it here, hope you guys enjoy it.

Installation:
Copy-Paste the Data file to your new vegas directory
Updated now to include the tesla helm. Also includes blue and red versions of the standard helm.
