I made this mod because I like NoVac, but I also like high-class. On another note, I didn't like the Lucky 38 home because its located at the top of a tower in a bustling city. So I made the NoVac player home to my liking.
This mod makes the toilet and sink contain non-irradiated water, and changes the overall appearance and items in the house dramatically.
=======INCOMPATIBILITIES=========
This mod probably isn't compatible with any other mod that edits the NoVac player home interior in any way.
=======INSTALLATION==============
Place the .esp file into the Data folder.
