Description :
I just fell in love with the Displacer Glove, and so I thought "Why not a gun that produces the same effect ?"
And tudaaaaaah, here's the Displacer Rifle.
It's lore-friendly, not too powerful (or else tell me and I'll change that).
It uses Microfusion Cells, and can be repaired like any other Laser Rifle.
(Note : It has a -25 Impulse value, so it attracts the victims a little bit towards you on death.)

Location : You have to steal it into Big Sal's safe in the Gomorrah, it's kinda powerful (But I don't consider it a cheating weapon) so it won't come free.

Compatibility : Should not pose problems except if you use a mod that modifies Big Sal's safe contents.

Maybe I'll update it when I'll know how to work models & textures.

Update : Merged the English and French ".esp"s in the .zip file, and reduced the AP use from 40 to 29, was too much.
(But I accept everything that could help me :) )
