Make the Sneak skill to have more of a factor on a successful stealth. Also make sneak to behave more realistically.

Permissions and credits
This mod improves the factor of sneak skill when sneaking. How it is in vanilla the sneak skill has much less impact than other factors in a succesful stealth approach. Light, running, weight, etc. all have much much more impact than having 100 or 25 sneak skill. It bugged me a little that having 100 sneak you couldn't sometime either come near high perception enemies from behind just for this (either in full dark, just because the sneak skill factor is just 25% of its value, so a 100 sneak skill is just 25!). The skill have too little impact on your ability to stealth.*

As of version 1.3 stealth is more tactical. The much higher reliance on the sneak skill makes hiding in the shadows easier for high sneak characters, and a pain for those that have little or no skill in it. Then if you don't stealth in shadows you will be easily detected, weight plays a larger role and also sounds will make you much easier to detect now. Enemies search radius is slightly increased than before, either.

The mod also make the Chinese Stealth armor to behave as in Fallout 3 (having a stealth field), increase movement ratio in stealth, improve accuracy in VATS and adds some new perks helping sneaking players.

1.3: Increased the sneak skill factor on a successful stealth attempt. Increased ambient factors that helps in detection. Increased weight factor in detection (less weight helps much more and the contrary, unless you have the Silent Running perk). Increased slightly enemies' search radius in "caution" mode. What these changes do is making sneak much more skill dependent. If you have a low sneak skill it will be almost impossible to stealth if not in very dark and with no clothes.
