About this mod

Adds 22 new perks and modifies some of the old ones.

Permissions and credits
This esp file should work with other perk packs. If there's a conflicting perk, the perk file that's ran last will be used (that I know of).
Note: I'm relatively new to modding Fall-out games so there may be bugs. If you find any or have suggestions email me at [email protected]

Installation: Just place the .esp file into your data/ folder and make sure its checked in "Data Files" when using the New Vegas Launcher.

**Note** Those of you using my old versions will find some of your perks missing if you start from an old game. Either add the perks back from console, start a new game, or don't upgrade till you're ready to start a new game.


** Traits ** Traits are the 2 perks you can choose from at the beginning of the game (such as Wild Wasteland or Four-Eyes)

Benny - Given Benny's suit (Upgrade with 10 barter/speech, 1 luck) and Maria with some ammo (version 2.0)

Legate - Given Legate's unique gear and Sword of the East (Armor does not make you Legion friendly) (version 2.0)

NCR Ranger - Given the NCR Ranger seen near the end of the game along with the unique sidearm they carry (armor is not NCR friendly) (version 2.0)

Barbarian - 20% less experience earned but gain a point in Strength, Endurance and Agility.

Mule - Can carry 150 more lbs but lose 1 agility point.

Slow Learner - Gain only 75% experience but earn 2 extra skill points per level.

**Perks**

Scrooge (Level 2)
Gain 2500 caps but given Very Evil Karma

H20 Friendly (Level 2)
Gain water breathing and take 25% less radiation from water sources

Eagle Eye (Level 6)
Accuracy outside of VATS is greatly increased

Man of Action (Level 6, Strength 6, Agility 6)
All combat skills gain 3 skill points

Flash (Level 8, Agility 6, 3 ranks)
10% extra speed regardless of gear per rank

Sun Hater (Level 8, Endurance 6)
Radiation goes down slowly at night. Version 2.5 fixes this perk to work in the early morning too.

Rad Resistance (Level 8, survival 40, Endurance 5) - Modified Vanilla Perk
Increased resistance from 25% to 33%

Better Maintenance (Level 10, Repair 45)
Condition of all gear lasts 25% longer. I believe this stacks with similar effects.

Desperation (level 10, Luck 6)
Crit chance increases as you're closer to death.

Power Armor (Level 10, Strength 5, Agility 5)
Instant power armor training

Devil (Level 12)
While Evil/Very Evil, you deal 7% more damage.

Saint (Level 12)
While Good/Very Good, you gain 5 extra damage threshold (version 2.5 fixes this to work for very good)

Superior Defender (Level 12) -- Just a modified Point Lookout Perk
While holding still, the player gains +4 DT and ignores 4 DT of their enemy

Cyborg (Level 14, Science 60, Medicine 60) -- Modified FO3 perk
Gain 15% radiation, poison and fire resistance and +5 to energy weapons

Spray and Pray (Level 14)
Moved this perk from Level 22 to Level 14

Dream Crusher (Level 16, Charisma 5) -- Moria isn't around to make her cry so I added it in
Enemy's chance of getting a critical hit is reduced by 50%

Nightkin (Level 16, Science 50, Sneak 50)
Generate a weak stealth field while crouching but you have no perception while doing so

No Weakness (Level 18) -- Replica of the Broken Steel perk
All perks less than 5 are increased to 5

Shower before Sleep (Level 18)
Sleeping reduces your radiation level to 0

Uncritable (Level 22, Luck 7)
Enemies can no longer get a critical strike

Prostetic Limbs (Level 22, Science 70)
Limbs are Very hard to cripple now. Stronger than Adamantium Skeleton and I believe they stack.

Nuclear Anomaly (Level 24) -- 2nd coolest Broken Steal perk is back
You explode when you have less than 30 (originally 20) health. The radius has also been slightly increased compared to Broken Steel's.

Special (Level 30)
Increases all SPECIAL stats by 1.
