I've never done any modding/retexturing before, but I decided to poke around and see what I could do.
##DESCRIPTION##
This file changes the old rusty Lucky 38 sign to a new, clean one. The Strip should be nice and clean, not rusty, so I tried to take care of that.
##BLABBER##
I'm no pro, and I relize this could probably be better, but it took me a long time to do, and I think it actually turned out really well.
##DIRECTIONS##
Extract the .zip to your fallout new vegas instalation directory.
C:\program files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout New Vegas
If you want to do it manually, add the lucky38sign.dds to:
data\textures\architecture\strip
(Depending on other mods, you may have to create this directory)
-Add to your ArchiveInvalidation.txt the directory:
textures\architecture\strip\lucky38sign.dds
If any of these directions are wrong, I'm really sorry. This is my first try at doing this.
Major thanks go to FiveElements for the negative and mask!
