I have made a few changes in the latest version.
First, I removed the belt from the 2 'really light' armors and made it a separately equippable item.
That was mainly due to the 2nd change, which is adding 2 equippable Boomer Vests, one open, one closed. The open vest will clip with the belt, so you can decide what to equip or not.
Additionally, the little bug that replaced the Viper leader with a Sondra dupe is fixed.
I gave it some cursory testing and everything looked good. I wouldn't be surprised if there is some clipping with the vest(s) in extreme positions. Please post if this happens and I will try to address it. Also, please post your screens, I'm not on a good system for that right now.
This is an outfit originally for Fallout 3, made by request for Sondra1408 in the forums.
It consists of:
V1: Enclave officer boots, metal armor pants, Vault undie top, all fitted to ALICE (narrowed shoulder) body.
V2: Enclave officer boots, Jill Valentine BSAA pants, Vault undie, all fitted to ALICE (narrowed shoulder) body.
V3: Enclave officer boots, metal armor pants, Vault undie, armbands from Persona outfit, all fitted to ALICE (narrowed shoulder) body.
V4: Enclave officer boots, Jill Valentine BSAA pants, Vault undie, armbands from Persona outfit, all fitted to ALICE (narrowed shoulder) body.
Skimpier, matching versions of each.
2 Accessories: Armored Vault shoulder pad, modded to minimize clipping with this setup (minimize, not eliminate!). They are new items, not replacers.
They are made with Type3 ALICE narrowed shoulder body, but should be compatible with any Type3 compatible body replacer.
Sondra is hanging out in Bonnie Springs with the rest of the Vipers. If you already liberated Bonnie Springs, then she is probably hanging out with cazadores by now.
Please post screens, I am not on a good system to do that right now.

There are other retexes available, any of them should work fine.
Textures from the persona and secret outfits.

I tried very hard to remove all Pitt and Tailor Made assets. I think I got them all but if I'm wrong, or anything else is missing, please inform me. Has not yet been thoroughly tested in NV.
