Update: Boosted skills will only affect that skill's weapon now.

Many many apologies to everyone who downloaded the bloated version; a smaller, corrected version is now available.

With a "No Lock" edit now available for the level up screen and no sign of Wasteland Mastery being ported for New Vegas, I decided to make my own version.

For best results, use in conjunction with a level cap increaser such as Level Cap 100 (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34782)
and with LevelUpNoLock (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35562).

The benefits automatically take effect once the affected skill reaches 100, even if it does not display a value over 100.

Barter - 2% discount per 10 points, up to 20%
Guns - 5% damage per 10 points, up to 50%
Energy Weapons - 5% damage per 10 points, up to 50%
Explosives - 5% damage per 10 points, up to 50%
Medicine - 2% more health recovered per 10 points, up to 20%
Melee - 5% damage per 10 points, up to 50%
Repair - 2% decrease in gun spread per 10 points, up to 20%
Science - 5% damage to robots per 10 points, up to 50%
Unarmed- 5% damage per 10 points, up to 50%

**LevelUpNoLock allows for skill values up to 255, but this mod currently only gives bonuses up to skill values of 200.
