Someone was bound to do this eventually. So yeah, basically this mod makes all containers within the game respawn with items again after the cells reset which happens about every 72 hours. If you have a mod that lessens the respawn time for NPCs, it will also modify the respawn time for these containers.
Anyhow, this does not make any containers flagged as quest items that were not already respawning respawn. The reason as to why is this may cause some sorta bug with some sorta quest item within it or may delete the quest item for some reason. Only exception to this so far was Cass' where there is supposed to be evidence in the in the Vangraff safe, so I added the evidence and the Crimson Caravan one in the Vangraff safe in case that one doesn't show up either.
