The CRL9000 Sound Modification is about trying to push the quality and power of weapon audio as far as I can.
For the Fallout: New Vegas version of CRL9K, I've chosen to go with a stylized, pulpy sort of sound that I think is appropriate for the nature of the Fallout games.
