Donation Points system

Removes bullet tracers from automatic weapons.. For all those that prefer just bullets flying.
UPDATE: New fix uploaded. Instead of esp this is a fixed mesh of a bullet so there will be no tracers in normal game or vats. It was simpler than changing vats cameras as there are gazzillion of them. Just extract to data and if you have an esp from former version delete/disable it as you don't need it no more.
