I'm a moron. This is working on my other computer, so it should be working. I had a typo in the mesh file.
This is a simple file that makes the Coyote Pups use the wonderful Puppy Mesh by the very talented Zenl. Link here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4380 - but it doesn't seem to be working.
I included the sounds, but I think they aren't working - though I could not confirm this.
I imagine someone will come along and make something better, but it really bugged me that they just made "puppies" out of smaller models of the adults.
Please don't endorse unless you've actually used the file.
